Vacations Close To Stonington Country Club

I thought I was staying at an inn, it was actually a motel. They put me in a smoking room no choice which I didn’t know still existed! It smelled like an ashtray. Some shady clients. Expedia rated excellent by clients and I don’t get that. Inexpensive was a plus but last time for me.

This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!

The room was on the third floor and it was hard to climb up the stairs. I'm 67 and a room on a lower floor would've been great.

The Neptune is reviewed as being quirky and elegant but we found it very ordinary. The furniture in the room was a bit tatty and the floor rug very worn. The bathroom was very good, but no safe or fridge in the room was below expectations. The ancient and extremely small elevator was almost impossible to negotiate with luggage, especially for an older couple. Plus exorbitant costs to park in the outdoor car park next door - probably with the assistance of the city authorities-didn’t make it a great stay.
