“We have stayed here many times before so we are pleased the high standard has been maintained, as well as some renovations taking place.”

“Everything great, except that when we booked we informed you that my wife had a breathing problem and used oxygen, and also asked whether you had a lift, to which the answer was yes. On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”
