“We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!”

“No were does it say in their wensite pool not included they wanted to charge £20 per person each time we used . This was one of main reasons for picking this hotel. Room was old and had holes in carpet and tililet seat broken when complained told nothing they could do rooms were waiting refurbishment. No compromise on pool access. Staff very unhelpful and not interested. I did today to stay in a room with worn carpets with holes and a broken toilet seat reallly not acceptable for hotel star...

“Staff are very friendly and breakfast was great! The room we were in was fairly clean, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and kept sliding off. There was dust bunnies under the radiator and we were only given two tissues in the holder for our two night stay for a family of four (but 100% positive we would have been given more if requested as staff were lovely) The shower only had two temperatures scolding hot or cold was difficult to find a decent temp. Overall the room itself is not 5 star...

“Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. “The hotel is situated in the beautiful village of Wroxton with many thatched properties. The staff, although mostly young people could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The full English breakfast was excellent, especially the sausages which I suspect may well have been sourced locally. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel which was very good value for the lovely room we were allocated.”
