“We were looking for somewhere to stay whilst attending a family function and by chance cane across The George and Dragon. We are so glad we did! What a beautiful pub with bundles of character. Our room was gorgeous; modern yet rustic and equipped with everything to make our stay spot on! Staff were lovely and attentive, and breakfast was amazing. “Great dog friendly room and pub to visit. We only stayed one night - it was a nice location from the new forest. Dinner was delicious, my partner said it was perhaps the best pie he’s ever had, and the included breakfast was well worth it. Only suggested improvement could be a new carpet for the room, but this is always tricky for a dog friendly room. ”
