“Al llegar el check in estuvo muy mal, no habia nadie disponible para ayudarnos a subir las maletas a un segundo piso , un dia caluroso y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo todo esto es tolerable. Lo que no es tolerante es que al dia siguiente en el desayuno la mesera no nos atendió dandole preferencia a unos ingleses, cuando nos Atendió tomó la orden con mal gusto y con una mala actitud. A los 25 minutos regresa y nos dice que si nos toma la orden, nosotros con familia y niños...

“We stayed for two nights in one of the rooms with a hot tub, luckily we decided to go for the hot tub as my wife had an accident just before our trip & was using crutches & these rooms are easily accessible, sadly she couldnt use the hot tub but i could 😅 The Three Lions is a lovely venue, plenty of parking, lovely grounds around the buildings with plenty of outside seating, our room was nice, clean & tidy & the small private decking area with seating & a hot tub was lovely to be out in &...

“Great hotel in a great area! We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff, food, drinks, all wonderful. The standard rooms are small, but that is clearly indicated when you book. No onsite parking, but its not far. Only a few minutes walk. We are still talking about our stay and hope to be back.”
