“Stayed in this hotel 4 years ago and really enjoyed it. This visit blew it away! The hotel has been fully refurbished, all areas absolutely beautiful. Rooms very well appointed and spotless! Comfy beds! Breakfast buffet has an excellent selection on offer! Staff we encountered during our 3 night stay were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! ”

“Cashed in some one key points for night away . Took the scenic route from Gateshead and visited Richmond , Aysgarth Falls , Grassington and Thirsk on the way . Had a couple of beers in the beer garden , freshened up then a gorgeous meal in the orangery. So glad we had booked as they were turning people away ! The staff were excellent- friendly , courteous and attentive. Lovely relaxing night away , helped by the English heatwave .”
