Had an overnight for a concert.Staff were very friendly. Room was massive with a bay window ( looking onto road).Recently refurbed toilet was beautiful. Had burgers to eat in bar and they done the trick.

Business stay.

One night stay for work. Bad night sleep, very bright neon light on ceiling for smoke detector I guess and loud Road noise. Late night bin collection outside my room. The room on the other hand was exceptional. Food in bar was very good.

A great find!

Food here is excellent. Really great - Both breakfast and evening meal. Cleanliness is fantastic due to recent full refurb. Rooms are comfortable and freshly decorated.

Essentially excellent stay .!!

Hi , my stay at the Ivy Tree was a tremendous experience from start to finish. The staff were kind , Helpful and caring for their guests. The food was excellent with so much choice . Breakfast was unbearable well cooked and varied choices also . Every where was spotlessly clean 10 out of 10 definitely. I will make it one of my must stay again places . Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! The hotel overall is really comfortable and clean, the food at the pub is delicious and you'll feel taken care of your whole stay. I fully recommend staying here. The only minus is that the shower is a bit small, but that seemed to be the case in most of the hotels I searched for in England.

Nice pub, rooms a little wanten

Considering the hotel rooms have just been refreshed, they were poorly done, the heating didn't work, no control of it either, the bathroom whilst appears to have been well done, was cramped, the sink barely large enough to wash your hands, leaked all over the floor out of the trap, and the walk in shower hadn't been sealed to the floor and the water simply ran out of the grout lines under the screen and flooded the rest of the bathroom. No heating in the bathroom, no towel rail. Ants found in the bathroom and on the desk upon arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful, pub very nice and food excellent. Just a shame the room not upto scratch. When checking out, thr pub was closed, placed key in key box in "reception" or would have relayed this to staff.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeitenden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Leider hatten wir nicht die Zeit, um mehr vom gastronomischen Angebot zu probieren. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
