The property was really a nice get-a-way, and the rooms were very clean. We ended getting a couples massage, which was very nice, but a little pricey compared to higher end spas, who charge similar pricing, although it wasn’t out of the realm of value. I thought the dining and amenities, other than the spa, were sub-par, so I would recommend dining out elsewhere in Lodi. The restaurant onsite is closed on Tuesday and weenesdays. The Mason Lodge has a limited breakfast menu and the price was $60-$70 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. Overall, we would recommend the place for future lodging, now that we know how to manage the other aspects.

What an incredible place to reboot after a couple days on the road, doing sales presentations. The woman that checked us in was pleasant and gracious. The server in the bar (restaurant was closed) helped design a perfect small bites feast and delivered it our room. Peaceful, beautiful, quiet, relaxing…. And we didn’t even get to the spa! A hidden gem for sure.
