This is a beautiful and clean place to stay. Checking in was a breeze. Plenty of parking. Felt safe. They allowed a late check out which was nice of them. The only tiny inconvenience was the cleaning lady whistling the same tune over and over and there is echos throughout the house so I definitely woke up from that. But overall I would stay again!

The grape escape was an older house that has been done up beautifully. All the living spaces were clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and help with any concerns. The property itself was situated within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops.

Property was clean, in a great location, and the bed was comfortable. The are no on site staff but was able to get information remotely timely. Parking on the street is a little bit of challenge as you don’t have any reserved spaces. First time doing a remote staffed room rent location, so it just felt different. The value for price was solid.

This would be a wonderful choice for a large gathering for an event. The kitchen dining area with a table that seats at least 10, is amazing with another wonderful outdoor kitchen all shady. The location is perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown restaurants and wine and beer spots. Rooms are small but comfortable. I’ve stayed in Merlo and Zinfandel rooms. I think a total of 5 rooms with private baths.

The property and neighborhood were amazing. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated quite well. The common areas inside and out felt much like home. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and concise. I would stay here again, for sure!

My husband and I needed a place in Lodi for a few nights. This popped up and I'm so glad it did!! You have your own bedroom (with tv) and bathroom. The rest of the property is shared - it's a beautiful home. A huge kitchen - everything you need to cook, store food, bring coffee for the coffee maker, huge indoor dining table and lots of seating, bonus room, games, books, bar, front room and beautiful front porch to relax on. The backyard is big with a fire pit, bbq area, large seating area and outdoor dining. What a treasure and so worth the price - We walked all over downtown and the beautiful neighborhoods each day. You don't need to drive unless you're going out of town. The off site property manager is a local realtor, Karen, and she was very attentive and helpful. We even met the cleaning people - they were lovely! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Lodi! Go ahead and book it...you will see for yourself!!

This is a lovely old house with personality. It was easy walking distance to the great shops and restaurants in downtown Lodi. The room was charming, clean, and cozy. It is self check-in -- they send you door codes for the inn and for your room. The staff were very communicative and everything was easy. I would have liked to spend more time there and will definitely be back!

Entire home was beautifully appointed. Everything was easy to use and the home was immaculate. We had a wonderful time. The only thing that wasn’t so fun is our shower had very low water pressure and took a while to heat up. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very well appointed. Excellent value for money - we stayed in the Merlot suit which has two separate king beds with a shared bathroom- perfect for a girls trip. Plenty of street parking and easy 5 minute walk to downtown where there are some good choices to eat. This place is an excellent choice over a hotel,

I was stunned at the quiet atmosphere, the large back yard with very large trees, barbecue, and spacious playing area. The kitchen is huge and there are two other large areas to lounge and /or eat in. Staff went out of their way to make sure all was well with me. I will definitely sty there again!
