“The unit was exceptionally clean, well equipped kitchenette & I loved the extra towels. Too often you only get one towel each which doesn’t cut it when girls have long hair & there was both a bath mat AND a hand towel. Many times I’ve had to choose what to use it for but Browns Plains Motel supplied both. We had a very comfortable stay.”

“There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“It took us one night to adjust to the noise from the highway nearby. Apart from that nice and peaceful. Room was serviced only once during our four-night stay, would have been appreciated if it was done each day. No information on the rules and where things are. Some non-applicable rules were on the door encouraging us to ignore everything else including wi-fi. Detergent could have been provided for washing dishes.. Not required if the room is serviced on weekends.”
