I really enjoyed my week long stay. The rooms are great and I enjoyed having a small apartment in a neighborhood. Everything is really accessible from the Unity but you do have to take transit to the center of town as it's a little out of the way, however, the neighborhood has everything you might need within a short walk. There is on site laundry and although I didn't have their breakfast, it looked good.

Much potential here in a great location. Staff were helpful and kind when talking one to one. Some improvements needed in terms of cleanliness in rooms and shared spaces. The equipment provided in the studio kitchen wasn’t always sufficient. I understand that the latter may vary depending on room type. As a studio without a dishwasher there was no means of drying dishes/cutlery for example. The bed was comfortable and large but awkwardly positioned for opening/closing curtains and blinds. The reliance on ‘remote’ or phone/apps for communication is not always the best. There are ‘house rules’ which are standard for most apartment hotels but with some guests willingly or otherwise ignoring these, it can be to the detriment of the fabric of the property or the comfort and enjoyment of other guests. Perhaps seeking out and talking to guests as well as posting notices in shared spaces might be a helpful approach in some cases. Much potential, and perhaps a visit to local competitor to support improvements.

I knew allot about Sweden beforehand. But duly realised allot whilst staying at Hotel Unity. Very much basic settings, but much valued and appreciated by others. At least it had running water was most noteable😜 Breakfast was affordable but unoptional. I did envisaged a Black & White concept noteworthy.

Trevlig personal, men rätt slitna rum. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte och rummet var varmt. Trist att inte ha tillgång till ett basutbud av TV-kanaler, bara möjligt till att casta från egen telefon. Priset borde inkludera frukost. Frukosten som fanns att köpa för 125:- per person var väldigt basic.

Snabb incheckning. Tyst & lugnt. Bra att det är rökfritt. Men saknade micro och viss köksutrustning som sax, mindre kniv, hushållspapper och kryddor som salt & peppar. Dåligt ljus överallt och speglarna va inte bra placerade. Svårt vid sminkning, både toaletten och handfat i vägen. Funkade inte att cromecasta med tv:n. Meddela det men fick ingen återkoppling. Väldigt litet runt bord som det va svårt att äta vid. Dålig info över lag. Och soporna skulle man ta hand om själv och kasta på bakgården och med en kod dom man är tvungen att fråga efter. Lite omständligt. Så med tanke på priset och det man får blir betyget inte så bra. Dålig info över lag.

Very great, I think the one checking us in was nee though and he stood alone. He guided us the wrong way and didn’t really introduce what we had so we were quite unsure. Also only 1 card out of 2 worked and then none worked so we fixed it but then only had one working. But after the troublesome first day we had a great time and were greeted by the other receptionist every time we went in and out and he seemed very nice. :)

Meget fint og rent hotel med store værelser og en meget venlig og imødekommende service. Fint beliggende tæt på sø i roligt område og med nem adgang med sporvogn til centrum. Kan også anbefale at nå resten af byen via den lille færge fra Loma - fem min gang fra hotellet. Eneste lidt ærgerlige oplevelse var en mail forinden opholdet, med anvisninger til digital check in. Processen var omstændig og krævede scanning af pas og opretning af kontooplysninger og det virkede ikke for mig. Jeg nåede lige at stresse lidt over om jeg stadigt kunne tjekke nemt ind, når det ikke var lykkes mig at oprette digital nøglekode på forhånd. Men da vi kom var der ingen problemer, i det receptionen har åben til 23.

Välj ett annat hotell. Vi bokade ett större rum för drygt en månads vistelse. Inför incheck visade det sig att vi fått ett litet rum. Hotellet hävdade först att det var vad vi bokat och sa först efter flera dagar att de “råkat” nedgradera oss. Då hade de redan sålt vårt rum, så vi fick bo i det mindre i en knapp vecka innan vi skulle byta. Eftersom utcheck var 11 och incheck 15 föreslog de att vi hade alla våra saker i korridoren några timmar inför bytet – trots att felet var hotellets (lyckligtvis löste det sig efter tre besök till receptionen). Det nya rummet var ok städat, men kom med en hel del damm och en snusdosa vid sängen samt en mandel i ventilationen (en uppgradering mot det tidigare rummet där det låg ett plåster i ventilationen). Under fem veckors vistelse fick vi städning två gånger. Mot slutet fick vi en betalningsuppmaning på några tusen. Personalen sa att allt var betalt och visste inte varför men lovade återkomma upprepade gånger – vilket de aldrig gjorde. Depositionen tar en och en halv vecka att få tillbaka – något som man inte får veta vid utcheckning, så bara lite konsumentupplysning. Jag försökte räkna på hur många timmar jag behövt lägga på att vara i kontakt med hotellet för att bara få det vi bokat, men slutade räkna vid sju. Jag skriver detta för att bespara andra samma upplevelse.
