Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame.

En stor besvikelse; dyrt ovh dÄligt!

Jag hade bokat ett superior rum och hade meddelat att vi hade en liten hund med oss. Detta hade man missat sÄ vid incheckningen fick vi ett annat rum. VÀl pÄ rummet blev vi vÀldigt besvikna. Ett litet mörkt rum, inga tillbehör för hunden trots att vi debiterades 400 kr extra. Vi gick tillbaka till receptionen och efter diverse diskussioner fick vi ett trevligare rum. Dock försökte de debitera oss 3000 kr för detta. Vi gick ned till bastun och badbryggan. Plötsligt kom en kvinna och sa att bastun var abonnerad och ut Äkte vi. Maten, frukosten och servicen i restaurangen och bistron var det klart bÀsta av allt. Hotellbyggnaden motsvarar inte alls de bilder som publiceras. Den Àr som en lÄng trist betongbunker. DÀremot receptions- och spabyggnaden Àr fina och det Àr de som publiceras i annonsen. Trots att det Àr ett spahotell mÄste man som gÀst betala 600 kr för 3 timmar! KÀnns som ett skÀmt! Följdaktligen Àr vi klart missnöjda med vÄr vistelse. Dyrt, dÄligt och charmlöst. Vi betalade 400 kr extra för vÄr lilla hund och för det fick vi ingenting ! Ett helt klart övervÀrderat hotell. Inget vi skulle övervÀga igen och absolut inte rekommendera till nÄgon.

Mycket trevlig anlÀggning som ligger vackert vid havet. Vi nyttjade inte SPAet men det sÄg jÀttefint ut. Lite högt pris för hotellgÀster och endast 3 timmars pass pÄ dag och kvÀllstid. Borde funnits 90 min Àven dÄ (fanns bara pÄ morgonen). Maten var okej men tyvÀrr inte toppklass. Fint rum men litet badrum.

NĂ€stan perfekt!

JĂ€ttefint hotell och SPA! Vi var oerhört nöjda med maten och den superbra servicen. Det blir ett litet avdrag för ljudnivĂ„n i spa-avdelningen. MĂ€nniskor som pratar högt om bĂ„de det ena och det andra, samt personer som sitter med sina mobiltelefoner och pratar om hur stressade dom Ă€r över uteblivna leveranser osv. Önskar att det antingen var helt mobilfritt, eller Ă„tminstone delvis, samt uppmuntrades till mer tystnad, vilket vĂ€l Ă€r ett av syftena med att gĂ„ pĂ„ SPA. Annars finns ju badhus.
