The staff were very friendly and helpful, even advised me what to see with a rental bicycle (which the hotel offers). The breakfast was excellent, in terms of quality and selection (although the cappuccino made from the machine could be improved). The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay very much and would stay again when I am nearby (or take a ferry) in the future.

Had a wonderful six night stay. Friendly staff, clean room and an awesome mattress to sleep on! Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! This was my second stay this year and will definitely be back!

This hotel is close to the ferry which goes and comes from Gotland island. We had a good stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room very nice, and the location very convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Decent hotel - good location for ferry to Gotla

Hotel is good for the ferry to Gotland. However staff could be more friendly, breakfast options limited. Rooms were clean but fairly basic and really hot in July 2025 - despite windows open (no breeze). I could hear the person in the room above me snore the entire night

It was not clear late late arrival check in procedure during booking although it says 07:00-23:00 the reception is open. they called and said no staff after 22:30 and asked the payment has to be done then the door code will be sent and otherwise they dont accept hotel If payment not done. Also they didnt accept morning time payment. Its seem they dont know this business how to run and they should be trained. If the flight was delayed more or If they couldnt reach me on phone then how it would be???

Elaborate Archipelago Theme, hence the name of the hotel.... Paintings that made otherwise boring hallways an experience. An old hotel made cosy and nice with smart, environmental solutions. Rooms old, but well kept. Free parking, coffee & tea all day. Breakfast very good (except for the scramble eggs...)

Comfortable, short stay

Nice hotel if you need to find a stay in NynÀshamn. We only stayed one night coming from Gotland, it's perfect as this is literally 1 minute from the ferry terminal. Just make sure you tell them if you arrive odd hours as the reception is not open at night. We could have stayed longer, the hotel is quite pleasant with lots of nice decorations and quirks. It's family run. Albeit the rooms are a bit dated, it was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the harbour view. It also had a balcony. We didn't get to try the breakfast (as with all hotels in Sweden it ends too early). Overall would recommend a stay here.
