Short break to attend the adjacent convention centre. Great location for access to the convention centre and links to train station. Hotel was clean and well presented, room clean and tidy and good facilities. Breakfast buffet selection good and restaurant and bar areas well maintained.

The room was dusty, run down and the AC did not work which on this hot summer day meant that the temperature in the room was 28 degrees Celsius. When we asked the reception to help with ac they just said that the hotel did not have ac but central heating system. I booked this hotel based on location and that they were listed as having AC. They gave us a fan that did not help.

The area was safe, quiet, food options and transportation is conveniently located nearby, however the rooms were too warm. My colleagues and I booked 5 rooms, and all 5 were warm. We attempted to adjust the air conditioning and were told by staff that it couldn’t be adjusted, only 1 fan was offered for relief. Upon check in, we were asked if we wanted the rooms serviced, we indicated yes and then no one serviced the rooms. When we asked about it the next day, we were told that since we are checking out the following day, it won’t be done, which is why we wanted it done the previous day. Some were told that we had to reserve tables for breakfast, while others were not given that information. The staff were friendly enough, but actual assistance was lacking.

Har bott på detta hotell många gånger tidigare. Frukosten var den här gången mycket sämre än vad den brukar vara. Mycket spill och slabb, tomma fat och många saker skulle tas med salladsbestick (!?) t.ex. vispad grädde.

Godt hotel tæt ved station i trygt område.

Fint hotel i trygt område og meget tæt ved station, hvor man nemt kommer ind til midtbyen. Fantastisk morgenmad og gode store værelser. Skal selv bede om nye håndklæder og rengøring ved længerevarende ophold. Hotellet ligger ved et messecenter og ca 10 km fra indre by.
