The staff went out of their way to help us navigate the public transportation system. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome!! beautifully presented, unlimited options!

Fab hotel!

Stayed here when visiting Stockholm to attend a Taylor Swift Concert at the Friends Arena. Great walkable location from arena & Mall of Scandinavia, comfy beds, friendly staff - would definitely recommend!

They charged my for my cat but I didn't receive anything for it. When I pay for the room I received clean sheet, toiletries, breakfast but for this charge I have nothing. I have been in other hotels "pet friendly" without this charge.
