I think most US travelers (like myself) assume a hostel is just a crash pad for younger teens/college kids. This particular hostel was more like a budget motel - there were adults there while on work trips, families, etc. in addition to younger solo/group travelers. So if you’re worried about a loud, rowdy environment, that’s not the case at all. The property was very clean and well-maintained and the staff were all very kind and helpful. Personally, I think the location is PERFECT for visiting Stockholm because it puts you right in the center of everything - you’re within walking distance of just about every famous landmark - Gamla Stan, Strandvägen, Vasa Museum, Royal Palace and other beautiful government buildings, etc. Would definitely come back!

Great place, very clean too. Kitchen very well equipped and super clean too, people were were mindful and took excellent care of it (very surprising for a shared kitchen). Breakfast was pretty good with all the staples (no salmon). Staff: the young guy who welcomed us was great too. Only downside are the very badly insulated walls, we were lucky but if you get a noisy neighbour you're toast.

The Rooms and bathrooms were all super clean! The area is super nice and you get a great view of gamla stan. There is also a very nice and well equipped kitchen, although it is quite small. The only minus is the price, for a hostel it is rather costly
