Room was not very clean unfortunately. There were dust and pieces of papers on the floor. The food options in the restaurants in limited. The people working in there and very helpful and generous. We could change the spa time that we previously booked. That was very nice of them to allow us ear first and then join the spa later. Everything was good but there were no kettle in the room or refrigerator. One kettle would have been nice to drink tea or coffee. With the amount of price we paid for one night, usually there is tea or coffee in the room in Stockholm. I do regular night out in different locations for spa time. Thank you.

The promo for this hotel on Expedia was very misleading. We wanted to stay on or near Vaxholm. This hotel ad claims to be right near Vaxholm but it is nowhere near it, unless maybe you have private transportation We paid for the room at a non refundable rate . It is hard to get to Vaxholm from this hotel without a car. We therefore could not stay at the hotel. In fact, we immediately realized that as soon as we made the reservation and called the hotel and contacted Expedia but Expedia said the hotel will not refund the reservation money,.even though we explained the problem within minutes of making the reservation. Beware.

Det var enkelt att checka in! Fick bra hjälp! Vi hade även lyxen att få vara själva i spa! Vi åt middag och serviserna både de manliga och kvinnliga var otroligt bra, glada och hjälpsamma! Väldigt roliga med! Frukosten var av toppkvalitet till och med så bra att man åt förmycket och blev proppmätt!

+ Poolen var skön. Rent rum. Frukosten var också god. - Men det hade varit mer praktiskt om rummet var utrustat med vattenkokare och kylskåp. Väldigt opraktisk placering av eluttag och strömbrytare precis ovanför kudden. Man riskerar att slå på lampan av misstag när man sover.
