A very decent 4* city centre hotel. Situated right outside the city central station and very convenient for the shops, old town and Baltic Sea. Considering the location, it was a very quiet hotel. The staff were very approachable and resolved our issue very quickly. The hotel was clean and room was what we expected of a 4*. The buffet breakfast was good and ample. I’d recommend it for the location (though objected at paying extra to use the pool)

Hotel in the centre of Stockholm. Good rooms, very nice bathroom with a good shower. A lot of choice at breakfast. All touristic activities on walking distance and near the Central Station. Only thing is paying for the swimming pool in the hotel. Conclusion....very good stay in a fantastic hotel.

Good location friendly staffs

Very friendly staffs, I would like to commend Anna for making us feel welcome to the hotel after a long trip. Has a water machine at each level so you don’t have to drink toilet water which is a big plus for me. Location is excellent, within 5 mins walk from arlanda express station.

Room was comfortable with a city view and a window that could open slightly when needed. Staff were accommodating when extra pillows were asked for. The breakfast was good with many selections of foods to choose from. We had hoped to use the pool but as it was close to $30 per person, we didn't bother. The hotel is very close to the train station with the good and bad of that. We didn’t feel unsafe but there was the odd sketchy area around there. But it was super convenient with the métro across the street as well as quick accesses to buses and trams. We also walked a lot. Perhaps we would stay there again.

Amazing stay!!

Amazing stay!! Location was next to main station which was an advantage. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Only main problem was the drainage not really good.. took a long time for the water to go down. Last day of our stay lights suddenly went off and no maintenance on site. Reception gave us free breakfast as a compensation which was great. Breakfast food was nice and a lot of selection to choose as well. Definitely one of the hotel I recommended due to its location.

Great stay!

Lovely hotel, nice stay and great staff! The Friday / Saturday nights there was loud music throughout the night but not too sure where it was coming from. Was a bit annoying in the but then wasn’t an issue in the night. Spa/gym facilities were lovely and easy to use, staff super helpful when asking about it and giving robes/slippers. It’s in a great location for the city and was really easy to find - great value!

Its not that big room but okay have one big bed, one sofa bed and TV when i look in picture I thought it was 2room inside and have 2 bed but anyway it good place to stay because it near everything.

Great hotel and location and good price when I went in January. However, would have been appreciated if they announced that was an extra fee to use the swimming pool. One of the main reasons I booked here was because of the pool, but I only had like 1h of spare time to enjoy it and wasn't worth to pay the fee
