We were very pleased with our stay at Rival!! All the staff were very helpful and friendly. NIcodemus checked us in and reviewed the key areas of the city. He would often , as we were coming and going, to see if we needed help, always with a smile. The hotel was super clean and spacious. Great location. We could walk most places or take a ferry. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in our travels. We highly recommend Rival and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a fabulous hotel with an excellent location. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. We left at 5:30am on our last sadly and they offered and prepared a to go breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. If you stay on the 4th floor there is an excellent coffee machine with free coffee 24/7. We loved our stay here

A sixth floor room with balcony overlooking the square was perfect. Spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble. It’s well positioned too which means it’s easy to get to/from the airport and to the different islands in Stockholm itself.
