Loved the breakfast! Also the living room with water and coffee was really nice. We love the gym and sauna too. Room was clean and quiet, awesome that kids had their own bunks! Would definitely visit again!

Great location! Easy to take bus 15-20 minutes into Stockholm main sights and for taking FlixBus to airport. Haga Norra stop is just outside hotel for going into city and just across bridge/freeway to go to airport. Also, easy access to exceptional Haga Park across freeway. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and well done. We really enjoyed The Living Room lounge for coffee, tea, games, pool, reading, etc. Will definitely recommend to all coming to Stockholm.

The rooms are much smaller compared to the pictures. Inaccurate description on website about family rooms because no sofa chair was inside the room. Air conditioner was not working during hot weather outside so staff provided the fans. Bathroom is much smaller than what it looks in picture. Staff is nice and helpful.

Very nice hotel, comfortable beds and situated in a safe and quiet area with several nearby restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and decent quality food. Although its not super central, the Haga Norra bus stop is just outside the hotel so it was very easy to get the bus both from the airport and into town. Would recommend a walk around the Haga park right next to the hotel.

Lovely room and decor in the hotel. Family room was amazing! Food was incredible and can’t be faulted with lots of choice. Very easy to use public transport to get into city centre. Lovely Park just across the bridge for walking or running in with access to the river for a quick cheeky swim!

If I would have known

Great Hotel breakfast but you need to book your timeslot the day before. You need to book your parking for the car before as well else it can be hard to find something close by. I give the hotel 5 stars even with 2 minus points.

Excellent hotel. Travelled with my husband & 3 children. V easy transport links from airport. Bought 3 day travel pass. Bus 57 to Gamla Stan, approx 20 minutes, one bus stop to Solna train station and train into main Stockholm train station. Hotel family room great for our needs, buffet breakfast good selection. Had the hotel's Summer buffet the first evening which was ok as we were tired but went to Gamla Stan for other evenings. An excellent hotel if you don't mind being outside the city centre. In our opinion much nicer to travel in and be located right next to a beautiful park.

Clean hotel with bad reception

Stayed for 7 nights here. The hotel was very clean, and the studio room was spacious. The breakfast was okay, but it became repetitive over a longer stay. Unfortunately, the reception staff was generally unwelcoming and unkind. They rarely smiled or greeted guests warmly. While there was one receptionist who was very nice and helpful, the rest of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Additionally, they didn't resolve any problems that arose during our stay. All rooms are close to the highway, resulting in noise. The issue with the curtains not fully blocking the light was left unresolved, likely due to poor design, with no alternatives offered. The room received sunlight very early, around 03:00, and the curtains didn’t fully block the light, which might be troublesome for light sleepers. Another issue was the lack of separated beds in the studio. When we asked for a solution, the only option presented was a downgrade to a smaller room. They didn’t offer an upgrade to a room with two separate beds, even if we were willing to pay more. This inflexibility and lack of customer service added to the disappointment. The location is okay, about a 25-minute bus ride to Stockholm city. Overall, while the cleaning staff was great, the reception staff was disappointing and unprofessional.
