Every staff member I encountered was super nice and helpful. Great breakfast also. The carpet in the halls was stained and looked dated. Good location to catch the tram and commuter train.

Nice hotel to stay

Good location, very well connected with the metro station. The breakfast is good, the rooms are very quiet and spacious, but the bed isn’t so good.. too small the double bed and for a couple isn’t so comfortable, I felt that we were in a single bed, but the rest, overall is good.

Excellent customer service. Initially I was not used to this no-frill place. Day 2 I begin to enjoy and experience their sustainability seriousness to protect earth. Oh! the breakfast, fantastic delicious. The staff, temp or perm were so helpful and responsible. The morning I left at 4:30am, after a week’s stay I got such friendly help with luggage and offer of hot tea. Will come back the next time if I return. I recommend. S L Lim.

Besides staff provide the wrong room keycard when check in, and the choice of breakfast is limited. Other than that everything is good, room is big and bed is comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Terrible service

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Nice room and breakfast

I came on busy weekend on Sunday and I needed to wait in check-in when they checked the cleaning situation. The system didn't quite work and I needed to wait for the reply. First, the room wasn't clean, but while taking my contacts turned out that the room was ready. It wasn't vacuumed properly and there was clear dust around, which was taken care of the next day. Otherwise the stay went well, the room was nice and the breakfast was good.

Housekeeping issues. The first room I got had the linen thrown on the floor, apparently being mid-cleaning, with no housekeeping in sight. The second room was in a similar state. First on the third room the bed was made and with fresh towels on top, but had a used glass with some yoghurt left and trash on the bathroom floor. Since I was tired I decided it was good enough. The breakfast was ok, but they ran out of several popular items quite some time before closing. Convenient but not very pretty surroundings. Good furniture and spacious and quiet rooms.
