This is a great hotel. Not on the main tourist high streets but 5 mins walk to metro and 20 mins from the harbour. Staff super nice and helpful. Didn’t use the gym but it looked good. Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Buffet style. The room maintenance was great. Would use again if we return.

The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended.

Good location of the larger streets but still central and close to where you want to head. Great restaurant across the street Farang - Asian Fusion and more within a 100m radius. Nice comfortable bed. The hotel is in good (but somewhat aging ) condition, being gradualy renovated in a non disturbing discrete way. The only thing I could have a comment on is that the door closing mechanism shuts makes it a bit noisy when your neighbours come or leave their rooms. All in all great value and warm smiles from all the staff.

Room was very clean but i believe the greatest strength of the hotel, is it staff! They are super! My wife wasn’t well and they helped to try make us as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated it! It’s also very well located as it’s about a 5 or 6 min walk from the line 19 station and in 20 mins you’re quite close to the city. The only thing that’s not so great is the design of the shower. The bathroom has a swinging shower door Instead a fixed shower door. Likely because the drain is in the middle of the bathroom. This means that water gets out of the shower and into the area around the toilet. I believe there must be ways to easily fix this as it’s annoying to have water everywhere.
