I have no words how to discribe this hostel, this hostel was so bad that I didnt even wanted to write a bad review because its almost sad.
1. Bad bugs all over the place
2. No air ventilation, alot of sweat
3. Its not clean
4. Beds are not cleaned before you come
Staff is nice but it looks like they tried everything they could and now you just need to accept it.
This hostel is only good if you have no place to go and the alternative is on the street.
Staff were fabulous, very friendly and the hostel is very quirky. I loved it, but I can’t recommend travellers to stay there unless the hostel has cleaned up it’s act. There is the issue of allowing Swedes or expats who live in the country to stay at the hostel when they clearly have a drug and alcohol problem. On my last night it was very unsafe there. Hopefully management listened and did something about the issue. There is security after hours but they are too afraid to confront the problem. Stronger security is really needed. There are also a number of Swedes who are living in the hostel and treat it very much as their house which gave it the homely feel but clearly they need to realise travellers need to feel welcome.
You can't stay here. There's rats.
I've stayed in some pretty bad hostels on my travels but rats is a new low. This, perhaps, wouldn't be all that bad but they serve breakfast buffet style where the rats have been running. Bed was fine but couldn't sleep. If everywhere else is booked, sleep in the airport. Seriously Arlanda has showers.
I emailed them about this but 3 days on have received no answer so I suppose I won't get one.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Small and dark
The entire hoatel was in the basement, so there was no outside windows. The only way to see outside was to actually step out.
The rooms were small and there was barely any room to move between beds. Fotunately, there were only 2 of us in the 4 beds room, so we could spread a little.
The reception desk is open from 9AM to 10PM, which is also a challenge if you have to leave early. I almost miased my train because the reception wasn't opened yet and the guy preparing breakfast wasn't helpful in that department (although he's the one who checked me in...)
Staff in general were more or less helpful, sitting mostly in front of the tv or blabbering away with each other.
This place was cheap and good. I don't know why it's rated so low. I thought it was really nice for the price I paid (37$ USD for one night, the cheapest I found in Stockholm). I stayed in a room with 3 other ladies. The beds were small but comfy. The hostel was clean and the staff was nice. Bathrooms appeared clean too. The only thing is that this place is located in a basement so there are no windows in the hostel. I didn't mind it though but some people might. The common area was clean and you can watch TV (lots of shows). WiFi works everywhere. Great location, like 10-15 min walk to the main train station.
The free breakfast sucks though. It's just bread, jam, and some cheese and deli meat...and cereal.
