This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff and level of service is second to none. Notebly, Vivian who was at the front of house greeting us for breakfast every morning. The rooms seem a little tired but perfectly adequate for our needs. We hope to be returning soon and look forward doing so. The staff always go above and beyond for guests.

This hotel was lovely, the room was big and clean. The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again.

This is a well run property. Everything that you would expect. In addition, the breakfast is particularly good. Hotels can be expensive in Stockholm and I think this one provides good value for the money. If the temperature in your room is not cool enough in the summer, don't hesitate to tell reception. Hotel has the ability to adjust the temperature on a room-by-room basis.

ストックホルム到着初日　13時間のフライトなのでゆっくりお風呂に入りたいと思いバスタブのお部屋を予約　思った通り気持ちよくゆっくりお風呂に入れ、時差ぼけもあり夕方早々から寝てしまいました 約12時間ぐっすり熟睡 静かな環境とほどよい硬さのベッド おかげで翌日から元気に観光できました また朝食が種類多くどれも美味しく 特に目の前で作ってもらったオムレツが最高で もう一度食べたい！と思い当初の予定変更して 滞在最終日　再びヒルトンに泊まりました 初めてのストックホルムの旅の初日と最終日をヒルトンで過ごせてよかったです

This hotel is perfectly located walkable distance to public transportation and to lots of dining options, Stocklom’s Gamla Stan (Old Town), Royal Palace and so many more places. Breakfast buffet is amazing including gluten free options, for lactose intolerant and more. Lots of breads, juices, green juice, waffle station, omelette station. Staff was very attentive. If going with family I recommend to book the junior suite since it gives you a bit more space. Overall we will stay again there.

Vid incheckningen visade det sig att jag råkat boka rum för en person trots att vi var två. Mannen i receptionen hjälpte oss snabbt och inte bara det utan hjälpte oss med en uppgradering med tillgång till loungen. Loungen var väldigt trevlig. All personal vi kom i kontakt med var mycket trevliga och ytterst hjälpsamma. Rummet var rent och fint vid ankomst. Hotellet har mycket bra läge med fin utsikt och promenadavstånd till det mesta. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Trevligt rum. Städades och bäddades varje dag. Fanns shampoo och balsam utöver tvål och härliga fluffiga handdukar. Skön säng och sängkläder, svalt rum. Stor tv. Dock funkade inte kanalbytet på fjärrkontrollen på dag 2. Men inget som vi brydde oss om felanmäla. God frukost. En kock som gjorde omelett till en samt att det fanns våffeljärn. Överlag. Bra läge att ta sig till både Söder och restaurangerna i Gamla stan och shopping på Östermalm. Parkering i deras hotell 450:-/dygn. Lätt värt det. Smidigt garage. Bra med platser och lätt att ta sig in och ut.
