Great location as the hotel is very central and neat a subway station. The hotel has a cool 1920’s feel and it felt very special. We went for the larger twin room and it was a good size, not much storage just one wardrobe with 6 hangers in total (some drawers would have been nice). Breakfast had a broad variety and the hotel bar was very popular. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The location couldn't be better. We appreciated the 1920s stylings. It's a little cramped and maze-like, lots of small stairs and tight corners. We had trouble with the room being cold, and there was a bad smell we couldn't get rid of. Very friendly staff throughout. Loved the food court right across the plaza outside!

There were no drawers or shelves for items from your suitcase. To use the coffee pot, I had to move it to the desk (the only clear, flat surface). Normally I put it in the bathroom (noise), but there was no counter space near the electrical outlet. The beds were terrible; very poor back support. After one night my back hurt so bad I put the blankets on the floor and slept three nights in the floor! And, the staff came into our room one day (we forgot to put out the do not disturb sign) and they took our some garbage, but they never even cleaned the room or made the beds or changed towels for us.

It is a nice looking place but long queues for everything. 20 mins of queuing to checkin. You have to book a time for breakfast and then still queue to get in! Dreading the checkout.

ホテルの外観が可愛く、部屋の中もおしゃれでした。駅や商業施設から近く、多くのお店が周りにあり、ご飯には困りませんでした。ホテルのレストランもおしゃれでした。 部屋の清掃は基本的に無しで、タオル交換が少し遅かったのだけ難点です。その他はとても満足でした。

Wir waren mit Baby unterwegs. Netterweise hat uns der Rezeptionist geholfen ein Zimmer zu finden, ohne Treppen. Wir haben ein Upgrade gemacht in eine Junior Suite. Da es etwas kühl war im Zimmer, hat die liebe Dame vom Housekeeping 3. Etage eine Heizung gebracht und eine weitere Decke. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Danke.
