AMAZINGLY KIND STAFF. Room was very clean. On my birthday, they surprised me with a birthday note and cookies (delicious)! Lobby attendants were exceptional. Room service attendants were very attentive and patient and food was YUMMY!! 10/5 stars!

5 star accommodations, service, and location. Recommend taking advantage of the spa. Book a massage for the morning, tour about during the day and come back for a sauna, steam, and the hydropool in the evening - for one price. The Vasa museum and a 75 minute boat tour are musts. Superior room w harbor view was worthwhile too.

This was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed was wow. Since it was winter, we didn't do much but enjoy the stay. The room service was amazing and the personnel, very kind and inviting. Now, that bathroom is definitely not for short people because stepping out from the tab, it was high and the doors to the WC are something of an experience if you stay in the same room with someone like a friend or sibling. Either way, it was a beautiful stay.

This hotel has a great location for touring Stockholm. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was hot and stuffy, though, and because the heat is centrally regulated we had no way to adjust the temperature. The windows do open so that was helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge selection of everything you might want. Waitstaff was very helpful and friendly as were the housekeeping staff that we encountered. All in all a good experience.

I gave this same comments directly to the Grand Hotel when they also asked for feedback: 1) despite the high nightly rates, the cost DOES NOT include the spa or buffet breakfast. Both these are highlighed prominently by the hotel, but I’m sure others like me will presume they are included. Not only are they not included, but they are a lot of money extra per day each. 2) some rooms are described as ‘courtyard or side street’. The courtyard is tiny so Inthink there is a 90% chance of getting the side street. This side street still has quite a bit of traffic, so may not be the quiet room you are anticipating. The other side of the street is an office block and the workers can see directly into your room, although net curtains are provided. 3) staff were very helpful, the hotel is spotless and in a great location. 4) We had previously stayed in a Marriott in Croatia which included buffet breakfast and spa, so it was our fault we didn’t navigate far enough into this hotel’s website to learn that these were extras at the Grand. We just assumed incorrectly that the daily rate covered them at this premium standard of hotel.

Fantastic stay with great rooms, staff, facilities and location. The staff were super friendly and always there to provide the best possible service. The spa is amazing, with great facilities and perfect for relaxation. Highly recommend the hotel and worth having a front facing room to wake up to beautiful views of the city.

This hotel is fantastic. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was regal and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to Gamla Stan and the palace and to Djurgarden. We would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Grand Hotel Stockholm is a beautiful hotel with a lot of great amenities. I thought however to use any of the amenities it was a little over priced. My wife and I had a great time and would definitely go back!
