We had an amazing stay at the Reisen. The hotel is beautiful, the room was so comfortable and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the bar was great fun. The location is excellent for walking or getting a bus or ferry. The sauna and plunge pool was a nice bonus.

From first contact and having an early check in, to the friendliness of staff we were impressed from the start. The room was decorated beautifully, the bathroom had a very good shower and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast one day in the hotel and the quality was excellent. For the price the room size was poor. The bathroom was beyond tiny and the room itself had very little room between the foot board and the wall. Though out of their control, the hotel acting as a starting off for the cruise ships made dining difficult.
