This hotel is located a block from the main bus depot, making it very easy to commute through the city. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. The free breakfast was extensive, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful; the room was large and beautiful; and breakfast was excellent with many, many choices. And for me, making a very quick trip and needing to get to and from the airport quickly, the location could not have been more convenient - about a 5 minute walk to the airport express train. (Also a nice area with many shops and eateries.)

Lovely staff! They were so friendly and helpful. First we got a room that smelled cigarette smoke and the staff in the front desk did right away give us a new room on the top floor. Breakfast had some variety but very busy, not great gluten free options so that could be improved. Coffee was awful… but slept great, very comfortable beds and they also have a pillow menu!

The location is perfect. Street parking is free and plentiful on Sunday. You have to pay to park otherwise but there is a garage next door. The buffet breakfast had many options including vegan and gluten free. The restaurant was pretty. So much to do in the area.

There are 3 sittings for breakfast, at weekends the first is 7.30 which is a bit late if you have an early flight. The lift is quite small, so if there are a lot of people checking in or out you might have a wait! The staff were helpful and we checked out before breakfast and they stored our cases while we had breakfast. Worth knowing, there is a little cut through next to Max burger ( almost directly opposite) which gets you straight to the Arlanda Express - this tip from the staff saves us a massive detour through the main rail station ( which we had thought we would have to do)
