One of the worst places I’ve stayed. We booked for two beds and chose it for the location and photos, but it was a mistake. The property is in serious need of repair and a deep clean. On arrival, cleaners were still there, the dishwasher running when we arrived, it was very full and some dishes still dirty. I don’t come on holiday to empty someone else’s dishwasher. The coffee machine and bin were filthy, and the kitchen surfaces grimy. Both beds were broken, one with sharp edges. Blinds and door handles damaged, and the dresser top dangerously loose. Completely unacceptable.

Vi sökte en lägenhet med tre sovrum i bra läge och vi fick en lägenhet med tre sovrum i utmärkt läge. Incheckningen gick smidigt med tillräcklig info i förväg och personal som gick att få tag på via telefon. Vi möttes av en lägenhet som dock var i behov av renovering och som inte var särskilt välstädad. Flera saker i lägenheten var trasiga/lösa. På nedervåningen var det för varmt, vilket inte gick att reglera. Dessutom är det väldigt lyhört. Allt var dock inte dåligt. Vattnet fungerade, elen fungerade, sängarna var hyfsat sköna och lägenheten inte dåligt utrustad, bortsett från att vi saknade en tv. På det hela fick man vad man betalade för. En lägenhet i utmärkt läge som lämnade lite i övrigt att önska vad gäller renhet och skötsel.

Bra lägenhet med 3 rum varav 2 var jättstora. Luktade riktig illa på toaletten, måste vara något med vattenlåset. Koden till Wifi fungerade inte. Ringde o lämnade meddelande ang detta men ingen återkoppling.

Bra läge i mysigt Gamla stan. Frukost finns ca 100 m från boendet. Strulig incheckning där information saknades. Efter lång jakt fick jag tag på kod och instruktioner.
