This place was perfect for what it served, got in to the airport late and got the free bus here with ease, easy check-in, room was good enough for me. Breakfast was very nice and included. Everything was generally really good and I would definitely come back here if flying in late or leaving very early the next day.

Stopover on Way to Singapore

It was good, done exactly what I needed. Although the room was small, it grew on me. As a cheaper alternative to other big chain hotels,it is a very good option. Buffet was delicious.

It was a very bad managed property. The airport shuttle has Quality Inn sign all over and no sign of Best Western Hotel group. I managed to get the shuttle. The rooms were very ordinary and no shampoo/ liquid soap in the showwer

Unfortunately the bed had a terrible smell. It may have been caused by a common pillow used for decoration but as a result the entire bed shared the smell. Otherwise it is very practical in terms of airport distance by shuttle

Staff seems miserable. They seem put out when you ask a question and almost annoyed. At breakfast there were no spoons for the eggs. The breakfast attendant didn’t bring them out either when asked. Salt shakers empty. When I asked for salt the attendant grabbed an almost empty shaker from another table and handed it to me and didn’t take the empty one. Minimal service. The only reason I stayed here was free airport shuttle and breakfast included. At least they have gluten and lactose free options for breakfast which is a huge plus. Breakfast was better than most North American breakfasts. Staff friendliness and responsiveness lacking. They need to smile and look less annoyed.

It was hard to find where on their website it listed where to catch the shuttle at the airport. But the shuttle was incredibly convenient to get back and forth, and there was a wide variety of foods for breakfast.
