Always an amazing experience

It was my second time staying in this hotel and I loved it. The location is perfect, it is 5minutes away from the Central station (It is very convenient whether you need to take the train) and from the Main Street in the city center. The hotel is nice, clean. The service is on point. There is a bar at the entrance, so if you want to have a drink you have the option. There is also a luggage service so you drop off your suitcases and go around the city and pick them back up once done. I really recommend this hotel.

Great reception staff, horrendous accomodation

The receptionist that checked me in named Debbie was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I gave the service at reception 5 stars. We came in late from a Christmas dinner and was verbally harassed by the guard. I have never been so disrespected at a hotel, not even much cheaper hotels. In the morning I took a bath, and when the water drained it completely flooded the entire bathroom, so I was walking in a pool of water. I booked a more expensive suite, as I wanted to have a great evening, but staying at this hotel ruined my evening. We weren't offered any compensation, and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would recommend travelers to stay at the Radisson Blu viking hotel instead of this one.

Top Lage. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Großes Auswahl, nicht nur für die "Allesfresser" - Glutenfreie sowie laktosefreie Produkte. Familienzimmer entweder sehr klein mit bequemen Betten oder großzügiger mit einfachen Betten für die Kinder. Auf Anfrage gibt es eine zusätzlich Matratze. Die Sauberkeit auf den Gängen (verschiedener Etagen) war ungenügend und wurde auch nach einem Hinweis nicht verbessert.
