Nice location with helpful people, in walking distance to central station and Gamla Stan. Service was taking a long time, also eye for cleaning details was missing a bit like the shower head was completely green and full of chalk

It was an excellent stay at Clarion Hotel Amaranten. It is very convenient located near Central station with plenty of dinning and shopping areas nearby. Quiet yet convenient place. Staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff. Room was cleaned everyday without fail and neatly done. Great stay

Good hotel, rooms can be quite small

The small double rooms are very small. The hanging space is also small. Bear this in mind if travelling as a couple. Breakfast was excellent

I liked my stay at Clarion Hotel Amaranten in Stockholm a lot. It is conveniently located - roughly 10 min walk to the main train station, another couple of minutes to the city centre. the hotel is nice, my room was a small single room with what was probably the most comfortable bed sheets I have ever had, huge breakfast is included, the bar is well stocked and the staff extraordinarily friendly.

To be honest. We stay in a hotel, just for the bed. As we are pretty much out from 10am to 10pm exploring the city & lucky we do. The compact room, is compact & should only be sold as single occupancy. Its not big enough for 2 people, plus luaggage. When we were in the room we had to manoeuvre our luaggage to move around the room, from the lack of floor space. The room was nice, bed comfy, shower good, just a really really small "compact" room.

Downside: The room and corridors are dated and worn. Our "superior room" (501) featured a toilet seat that did not fit the toilet and a severely cracked sink. Upside: Definitely the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel and all of the staff were wonderful to deal with

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich empfand das Hotel als sehr dunkel, der Eingangsbereich sowie der Rezeptionsbereich war sehr dunkel gehalten und auch die Flure und Zimmer empfand ich als sehr dunkel. Zudem hatten wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer.

Gute Unterkunft und guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetripp in Stockholm. Der Service in der Hotel eigenen Bar könnte besser sein bzw. ein Hinweis drauf, dass dort an der Theke bestellt werden muss und der Gast nicht ewig am Tisch auf die Bedienung wartet.

Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und müsste renoviert werden! Teppich auf den Fluren dreckig, sowie Stühle im Loungebereich fast alle fleckig. Im Bad auf dem Zimmer Katschen im Waschbecken und nicht in allen Ecken sauber. Frühstück ist gut! An der Bar gibt es keinen Service, aber auch keine Schilder die auf Selbstbedienung hinweisen, somit warten alle erstmal lange.
