This was my second visit to this hotel. On this occasion I stayed in a standard room on the 2nd floor, which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is more than adequate with a choice of shower heads and hot water when needed. The breakfast is something to be celebrated. So much choice for locals and international guests. Plenty of seating available but does get busy at times. I would definitely recommend the Amaranten and hope to stay again in future.

Came in late evening, after notifying hotel my flight would come in late only to find that I had know room. The staff did find me a comparable hotel and arranged taxi back n forth however at 2am it is the last thing you wish to do. If you have a reservation. Honor the reservation.

It was an excellent stay at Clarion Hotel Amaranten. It is very convenient located near Central station with plenty of dinning and shopping areas nearby. Quiet yet convenient place. Staff were friendly especially the restaurant staff. Room was cleaned everyday without fail and neatly done. Great stay

Nice location with helpful people, in walking distance to central station and Gamla Stan. Service was taking a long time, also eye for cleaning details was missing a bit like the shower head was completely green and full of chalk

Hotel amazing / Restaurant not....

Hotel was amazing, staff were amaxing, however the restaurant staff yesterday evening were not good. They took 50 minutes to bring our food, looked angry to be working and the burnette waitress rolled her eyes at my friend when she asked for fries. So 0* for the restaurant (the social), but 5* for hotel...

To be honest. We stay in a hotel, just for the bed. As we are pretty much out from 10am to 10pm exploring the city & lucky we do. The compact room, is compact & should only be sold as single occupancy. Its not big enough for 2 people, plus luaggage. When we were in the room we had to manoeuvre our luaggage to move around the room, from the lack of floor space. The room was nice, bed comfy, shower good, just a really really small "compact" room.

Proximity to downtown and the breakfast was very good. The lounge area was nice to relax in The room could be a little cleaner the walls and floor are a bit tired. We got some wrong information from two different people working the front desk and on our second night it was fairly noisy from adjoining rooms

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und U-Bahn direkt nebenan, aber man ist auch sehr schnell zum Hauptbahnhof gelaufen (ca. 10 Min.). Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksangebot ist toll. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung des Fitnessbereichs im Hotel. Ich war durchweg zufrieden mit allem und kann dieses Hotel empfehlen!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich empfand das Hotel als sehr dunkel, der Eingangsbereich sowie der Rezeptionsbereich war sehr dunkel gehalten und auch die Flure und Zimmer empfand ich als sehr dunkel. Zudem hatten wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer.
