Excellent stay - a great location for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Comfortable room with good shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is really good!

From the start of our stay to the finish all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. The restaurant was lovely. It was easy to find and within walking distance to public transport. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again in the future

Great hotel, great room, good value for the money. Very nice layout of the room. Lots of space for two people. Like the coffee table, the table with two chairs, the lay out of the bathroom, cool shower design. Appreciate the little extras; like the water bottles the toothbrushes and earplugs etc I think I’ll come again !

So thoroughly impressed. Literally 1-2 minute walk from Stockholm Central Station/Arlanda Express. Room was crisp and sleek and perfect for a solo traveler like myself (though I’m sure they have rooms for couples and more). Breakfast was included and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. If staying in city center again - this will be the first place I check.

A quiet cove right next to station

I had asked for a quiet room a few days prior checking in and they delivered. I had such a good sleep. Bed was comfy and room warm. Everything worked well. Energy shots were served before entering breakfast, which was a good idea. I would go again.

Close to the station, with an amazing breakfast

Amazing breakfast, rich and various, with homemade products (like berries jam). I ate so much and I was so happy afterwards. The room was fine, enough for my necessities, even though I found quite uncomfortable the dim light of the bed. It was useless for reading, only for guiding you through the bed after turning off the big one before sleeping. The bathroom was big enough.

The heating in the room was not working and the temperature in Stockholm was around 9-14 degrees so I felt cold. The receptionist said a heater can be provided. They struggle to find one and in the end I was provided with a very noisy heater. I appreciate that they tried hard to look for a heater but it took them very long and I am not happy with the noisy heater.

良い点 ・駅に近い ・朝食が豊富で美味しい ・真面目でフレンドリーなスタッフ 良くないと感じた点 ・室内にセーフティボックスが無い ・ベッドメークとタオル交換は原則滞在中1回 今回4泊滞在したが、セーフティボックスが無いので貴重品を常に持ち歩く必要があった事に大変なストレスを感じた。 自分が使うとはいえ同じタオルを何日も使い続けるのには衛生面でも抵抗感があった。流石に3日目にルームメイクの女性に話したところ気を遣ってタオルを変えて貰えたのは助かった。 スタッフは真面目なひとが多いだけに残念に思う事が多かった。 駅に近いのでショートステイには良いかもしれないが、観光滞在が目的なら勧めしたいホテルでは無い。 経営陣に申し上げたいが、貴重品を持って不安と共に観光をする事をあなた方は楽しいと感じられますか？このようなストレスを感じるホテルにまた来たいと思いますか？この点良く考えてみて下さい。

アーランドエクスプレスの乗り場から徒歩1分くらいの場所にあり、メトロやバス停からもすぐで非常に便利なロケーションです。その割にはホテルやお部屋内はとても静かでリラックスできます。朝食もメニューが豊富で朝からテンションがあがります。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切に対応してくださいました。バスやトイレは少し古い印象ですが、お部屋そのものは清潔でした。

アーランダエクスプレスの駅のすぐそばで便利。チェックイン前チェックイン後の荷物預かりもフロントすぐそばで便利。歯ブラシ、アメニティ、スリッパ、炭酸水など、部屋にあります。コーヒー、紅茶、冷水がフロントそばにあり、いつでも無料で利用可。利用しなかったが、お酒、ジュース、スナックがフロントで購入できる。朝食は、パン、フルーツ、ハム、シリアルなどそれぞれ数種類あり、誰でも満足できると思う。スモークサーモンには、醤油、ガリ、ワサビなどが一緒に置いてあり、笑ってしまいました。全体的に日本のホテルに似ていて日本人には使いやすく満足できると思います。

Best hotel on my latest trip to Europe. Excellent service. Big room and bathroom with additional living room. Breakfast buffet is huge. Great location, close to Stockholm Central Station and walkable distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town). I would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the hotel from 8/27–8/29. On the first night, the room was uncomfortably cold, so I reached out to the front desk about heating. I was told the building controls the heating system and that nothing could be done on their end. I then asked if a space heater could be provided, but was told the earliest I could receive one would be the following day. The staff also mentioned that I was the only guest who had complained about the issue in the past couple of weeks. This response left me feeling that my concern wasn’t taken seriously and that there was little effort made to resolve the problem promptly. In the end, nothing was provided to address the situation during my stay.
