Lite slitet i badrummet, där det var kakelplattor som var trasiga och avskavd färg på dörrfoder. Jättebra träningsmöjligheter i idrottsanläggningen med fullt utrustat gym, löparbanor, boxningsring mm. En rolig och varierande 9-håls frisbee golf bana. Fanns seglingsmöjlighet för barn. Tror de hade segelskola.

Vi så fram til en ukes avkobling på Bøson Hotel og hadde bestilt et tremannsrom for å sikre god plass og komfort. Ved ankomst innfridde rommet alle forventninger – romslig, komfortabelt og et godt utgangspunkt for oppholdet. Kort tid etter innsjekk oppdaget vi imidlertid at bygningen manglet Wi‑Fi. Resepsjonen forklarte at det skyldtes en midlertidig systemoppdatering, men selv etter 48 timer var ingenting forbedret. Ingen alternative løsninger ble tilbudt, verken midlertidig hotspot eller rombytte. Først da jeg selv foreslo å flytte til en annen bygning, ble det ordnet. Begrunnelsen vi fikk var at «alle andre rom måtte rengjøres først», og resultatet ble et betydelig mindre rom med fungerende Wi‑Fi, men uten fasiliteter som vannkoker, te og kaffe. Dette var en klar nedgradering, uten forklaring eller kompensasjon. Renholdet gjennom uken var også svakt. Rommet ble kun rengjort én gang, og da svært overfladisk. Gulv, bad og overflater ble ikke vasket skikkelig, noe som svekket helhetsinntrykket ytterligere. Det store lyspunktet var frokosten. Den var variert, rikholdig og av høy kvalitet hver eneste dag, og ble det klare høydepunktet i et ellers skuffende opphold.

Dejligt sted med fin beliggenhed på Lidingö. Værelserne er gode, og det var helt fint at dele bad/toilet faciliteter med de øvstige gæster. Svømmebassinet var virkelig godt, den store hal med træningsfaciliteter var fremragende, og udeområdet var pænt, både til vandreture og til andre fysiske udfoldelser. Buffeten både til morgen og aften var velassorteret og lækker. Personalet var søde, rare og smilende. Vi kan kun anbefale stedet og kommer helt sikkert igen.

Mycket tillgänglig och hjälpsam personal i både reception och frukostmatsal. God frukost med mycket att välja bland. Jag hade ett öppningsbart fönster mot skogen och kunde lyssna till koltrasten på kvällarna. Skön säng och en fantastisk dusch. Bästa hotellet jag har bott på i Stockholm, jag kommer definitivt tillbaka.
