It's an OK option. Only about 20 minutes by public transport from the central part, in a quiet residential area. Our room was spacious, bed linen clean. The window was small and overlooking other parts of the building and a boring roof. Unfortunately, air-conditioning was stuck on 22 degrees, which was a bit too warm and dry, and it was not possible to.adjust it or switch it off. The little kitchen was equipped, and we only had to buy dishwasher tablets and coffee filters. The bathroom was not as nice: the toilet smelt, although looked clean. The shower was just about working, but the water flow was quite weak.

Front desk was helpful, they don't clean your room for a week but we were there for 3 days so was ok. You have to takr the trash out. I didn't mind it. Overall a good place clean spacious place to stay.

Comfortable and spacious, with a good bed and nice balcony. Close to public transport for easy access to the city and sightseeing destinations. Welcoming staff and smooth check-in was great. Only issue is the curtains are not proper block-out, so an eye mask is necessary in spring-summer if you need.

Rooms are large and balcony is nice. Having a kitchen is convenient. Not really close to main Stockholm. Cold walks to tram or waits for longer waits for buses. Breakfast is decent with some dietary options. Could have more variety. Late evening staff was friendly. Otherwise staff was terribly unkind and unhelpful. Our keys ceased working twice before checkout. Staff not forthright about why. Day staff never smiles and talks in other language probably about us. They charge for everything. One hour late checkout, charge, gym, charge, more towels, charge. Walls are paper thin. Really bad. Hallways icky and stale and old. Beds were terrible. The double bed had nothing holding the two twins together. Bed on wood floor. We fell between cracks of the bed EVERY night. Not enough bedding for the cold winter. Tiny pillows. Tiny old towels. Soap and shampoo was atrocious. No good snacks and really nothing open nearby. Would not stay here again and would not recommend! The waiter in the breakfast was uber kind. The NYE overnight staff was super kind. Those are really the only gems of the place. We were definitely the only Americans there and very certainly felt judged and unwelcome.

Checkin went very smooth. Friendly staff! Hotel room/apartment was big, the bed very comfortable. It is a great placeto stay when contuing early morning with ferry to Helsinki as the harbour is only couple of minutes away.

Great Stay

This was my 4th stay at the property. Its exactly what you want in an extended stay hotel. Comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Both restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The area is relatively quiet and has some good trails to walk or run if you enjoy being outdoors. Would recommend highly.

Well maintained apartment hotel close to ferry terminals and within walking distance (around 15 minutes) to parts of the Djugarden parklands and some of the museums. Great access to SL transport options (bus and tunnelbana). A lovely place to stay. Convenient with pleasant staff in all departments and a varied breakfast offering too. The accommodation is clean, spacious and well stocked with kitchen items for self catering.

Very good stay, with no real complaints. Both check in and check out are easy, with a friendly and helpful round-the-clock staff. Rooms are exactly how they appear in pictures, and beds are comfortable. Nothing lacking in terms of appliances or equipment. Neighbourhood is very calm, with a huge park right outside and several general convenience stores in a 10min radius. Not many restaurants around though, if that's an important thing to you. Only downside is it may be quite far on foot from center of town, but buses make it much easier and faster.

Great price - value. Nice terrace, spacious and clean. Unfortunately the toaster was causing that the electricity went off twice, which they fixed immediately. It would have been nice to have essentials like salt and pepper, and more kitchen utensils if there was something to improve. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet location, great city links, super clean

Very clean, super friendly staff, great breakfast options, very comfy bed. Easy to navigate. Several bus stations close by. Quiet location. Plenty of food options around. Hotel put up a cot for our little one upon request. The studios come with washing up liquid and sponge which was great, no toiletries apart from hair/body wash on the wall which was fine. Would happily stay again! Only thing I would say is some of the rooms have a view of an office, so privacy out these windows isn’t great if you want the curtains open (stayed in 551, studio large which was huge), so recommend asking for a view if this is an issue for you.
