This hotel is in great location walking distance to old town or downtown area .variety of shops for shopping and dinning .the hotel itself is clean and quite .It's just that the rooms were small and hallways are so narrow .it's not easy to handle your luggage's. I'm from Canada and we are not used to small spaces .other than that everything else was perfect .friendly staff ,decent breakfast ,etc.

I had to cancel this reservation two weeks before I traveled due to a relative being terminal and the hotel refused to refund any of the nights that I had paid for.

Beds sooo comfortable. Problem with conditioner not squirting out and instead of fixing they left half filled bottle out. Not sure why. Sofia the night clerk was amazing. Upgraded me without asking when I arrived, gave me restaurant and shopping recommendations. Was just delightful to talk to!! Made me stay another 3 days based on her recommendations and believe that was wise choice.

Hotel centralissimo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e dalla fermata dei pullman da e per l'aeroporto, buona colazione con vasta scelta dolce e salato e vegetariana, il personale gentilissimo e molto presente. Durante il soggiorno si è presento un piccolo problema che hanno immediatamente risolto cambiandomi camera GRAZIE.

Has Hotel befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone, somit gibt es nur sehr, sehr teure Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse oder im Parkhaus. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber es gibt wenig Sitzplätze. Mein Einzelzimmer war extrem klein, ca. 7-8 m² inkl. Bad.

Min Andra vistelse på detta hotell. Frukosten var det som var allra bäst förra gången och jag blev inte besviken nu heller. Kan jag leta efter förbättringspotential så skulle det vara att ägghalvorna vore godare om de inte var såna som köps färdigkokta, utan att hotellet skulle koka själva. Men det är annars en helt underbar miljö och mat. Nästa gång ska jag ta med min sambo!
