Visited from the US. Stayed here for the Sweden v Poland game at the Strawberry Arena- our very first time In Sweden. Train access to mall, stadium and city very easy. Nice property, rooms nice, clean quiet, friendly staff. Enjoyed!

Nice newer hotel in great location next to commuter train station.Didn't use any amenities. Sauna and steam,pool was additional 350 per person over the weekend, weekday was slightly cheaper. Ate one dinner and it was decent. Lots of options one station over at the mall.

We had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location to the Ulriksdal train station was very helpful for traveling to Solna, Stockholm, Upsalla, etc. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, that were all very good. We had a great experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a nice stay at the AC Hotel in Stockholm. The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, although the pillows were a little too firm for our liking. The young woman who checked us in was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression. Unfortunately, our experience with the gentleman working at night was quite different. When we returned to the hotel, he gave us a hard time about entering and questioned us in a way that felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. As paying guests, we found this very off-putting. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have never experienced being made to feel uncomfortable simply trying to enter a hotel where I’m staying. Aside from that interaction, we enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely hotel, but a little more consistency in customer service would make the experience even better.

The spa is absolutely incredible. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and are always willing to assist with any request. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great area with many local shops nearby. In addition, the restaurant has delicious food that is very fresh. Clean room and common spaces. I will definitely come stay again!

My stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the staff were polite. However, the swimming pool was a bit dirty, and I was disappointed that the hotel did not clearly mention in advance that using the pool required an additional fee. More transparency about the extra charges and better maintenance of the pool would have made the experience much better.
