“All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then.”

“It was lovely we stayed for 2 nights for our wedding. We stayed in the Balfour suite. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was great too. Really made our wedding extra special having such a nice place to get ready and to come back to after the party”

Parking is off road and was easily available.On one occasion we had to park in paid parking just round the corner, which is plentiful. The building is well maintained. Communication was good”
