Everything was great but the restaurant for breakfast was lacking in comparison to most hotels of this quality. Staff was fantastic, room was clean and beds comfortable. Very quiet as well.

Having read some less than positive reviews, we were a little bit sceptical about our stay. However, I can say nothing but good things about the hotel, our room, whilst not the biggest was clean, neat and tidy, the bar was lovely as was the dining room and the staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again. Only downside was the expensive car parking which is operated by a third party on the hotels land

The staff at the Collessio was fantastic, super friendly, and the location made walking to the castle, restaurants, pubs and shopping very convenient. Though the hotel offers convenience and comfort, the carpet in our room was threadbare and there were no USB ports.

The location was wonderful and the staff very helpful, however the beds are torturous and I'm not a fan of the bathroom door being glass. Exterior of the building is gorgeous though and you can't beat the walkability.

Lovely stay at the Colessio in Stirling. The staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. We had to pay an additional £15 to park for 24hrs, but we knew the car was safe and we were in the middle of the city so this was acceptable.

A super friendly welcome and helpful people. The receptionist even carried my bag upstairs because I had hurt my back. My room was spotless and inviting. Even though the hotel is located on a main road, the traffic falls quiet in the early evening. I ate in the hotel both nights, and the food was very good. There was only one working socket in the room and just a single ceiling light. It would have been perfect with a comfy chair and a reading light.

The rooms require appropriate adapters for visitors. I asked for my room lotion to be filled and it was never done. Other than that I loved the area. Stirling was beautiful.

My bath tub wouldn’t drain and the window wouldn’t close. No big deal just sucked in the wee early morning to not shower. There was a moment where exiting a man over the entrance had his foot out the window cutting his toe nails. Gross but not the hotels fault. Bathroom was very large which I appreciated after traveling all day. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Lovely stay room was spacious and clean & a good breakfast. Down side was £15 for parking in hotel car park on top of the price you pay for the hotel. Was a great stay though and couldn’t fault it.

The barmaid/receptionist (unsure name) made our stay due to her attentive nature when I'm 2 year old daughter was sick she went over my expectations and an asset to the hotel. The breakfast was superb also and would definitely book and overnight stay again. Thank you for your help as know you were running around doing multiple jobs.

Property is showing some age in the room flooring. Also no dining service available. Just a marginal breakfast offer. Served somewhat slowly. Reasons given for this was due to staffing issues carried over from covid. Also had to change rooms due to faulty shower. Only had very hot water and extremely hot water. No cold water at shower head.

Staff all lovely and friendly, hotel room was a bit run down, damage to carpet and bathroom ceiling, bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the kettle wasn’t working. Breakfast was delicious, and check in and check out process was simple and fast.
