Per all available information, check-in starts at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:30 pm and there was no one. We weren't sure what to do because there was just a phone number taped to the glass and we didn't have international calling. Luckily, a few minutes later a very nice young woman arrived to open the door and check us in. We stayed in the Nevis room, and the key we were given to open the front door didn't work. Luckily, it worked on the back door. I have no idea what we would have done if it hadn't, given the whole inability to call for help situation. The remote to the TV didn't work even with new batteries, but you could turn it on manually. Management should consider how international guests can get in touch with them if the guests don't have the ability to use their phones.
