“Wir hatten bei Ankunft ein kleines Problem mit den Zimmern, es wurden statt drei DZ nur zwei DZ und ein EZ reserviert. Das Problem wurde unmittelbar und professionell gelöst. So stellt man sich guten Service vor! Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen.”

“Nobody was at the reception and there was a Problem not being able to finalize the check in (neither online, machine downstairs nor indoor machine). There was a WhatsApp for contacting but nobody answered. Called to an emergency contact number from the hotel and they finally could assist me, but lost 1h15 in the process. Room is confortable and It is modern. ”

“This is a beautiful and very welcoming hotel, the personnel is lovely making you feel like the most important people in the world, always paying attention to your needs, and focused in resolving your problems, far beyond your needs.
