The pool was disgusting and was out of order. Ice maker on the 3rd and 4th our floor didn’t work. The water fountain was not working. There was not enough eggs and sausages for breakfast. The elevator stopped working (we were on the 4th floor). The employees were all very nice and so was the room, all though the shower doors were strangely on backwards. The cookies at check in were a nice touch, but it would have been better if they were under a cloche. The bed was really nice with a good variety of pillows to choose from.
