Skamania Lodge is a wonderful, family-friendly resort with plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re looking for adventure or just a peaceful getaway. The food is also very good, which makes the overall experience even better. For the price, the beds were not good, and the room was comfortable but not exceptional. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling and shabby looking. We had to ask for mugs and extra coffee for the room to cover both days we were there. The overall facility however, was beautifully situated and very nice. the food was fine, but nothing exceptional though you have choices off the property. The view from the property of the gorge was phenomenal. The pool and hot tubs were very nice with lots of choices.

The lodge is a beautiful place. Front desk staff was very friendly. River Rock Lounge was good and they treated us well, thanks Natasha. And the others who helped make our anniversary special. We loved the hot tub and our fireplace room.

The bed was VERY comfy, i read that there was soundproofing but the room was not totally soundproof. Even though it was very low i could still hear people in the next room talking and Mr Stomp stomp Mcstomp upstairs. The staff was very kind but did input my email incorrectly which having said that, for some reason happens often with others. It would have been nice if kids weren’t allowed to jump in the outdoor hot tub and perhaps limited to the one inside with the pool. It was a nice property but is $$$$
