Although my mom and I experienced no significant issues during our stay at Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point, we were a little surprised at the minimalism of housekeeping. They'd take used towels and replace with clean ones, but our beds were never "freshened up", like fluffing up the used pillows, tucking in of sheets, etc. We didn't expect a full laundering of bedding like in the old days, but we were a little surprised at the lack of basic bedding maintenance. Overall, though, this is a fantastic property with courteous staff and an outstanding adjoining restaurant - Amber Grill. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a hotel in the Stevens Point area!
