Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people…
Three hours to check in/front desk clerk crying she can’t handle the short staffing situation… Property beach bar with rave party til 2:00am with drunk/high patrons screaming in parking lot and knocking on doors on fourth floor. A nightmare on 14th Street & Beach in Brigantine!

The hotel is very old
Elevators were broken
Only 1 elevator worked
Long lines when checking in
Heat was not working in our room
We were cold when we came in from pool
A service man came to fix it n we were told it couldn't be fixed
We moved to another room after speaking to a rude front desk person

Everything was excellent! The room was sparkling clean, property so beautiful but the bathroom smells cigarette smoke.
