Vacations Close To Steel Pier

Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people… Three hours to check in/front desk clerk crying she can’t handle the short staffing situation… Property beach bar with rave party til 2:00am with drunk/high patrons screaming in parking lot and knocking on doors on fourth floor. A nightmare on 14th Street & Beach in Brigantine!

I know many hotels were booked due to a headliner. I spent a lot of money on my room and it wasn't very clean, hallways needed vacuuming they did have someone doing it but it didn't pick up anything from the floor. Didn't get my room cleaned during my three day stay not sure why.very disappointed.

The front desk had horrible customer service. Check-in was at 4:00 p.m., but we didn't get to check in until 7:00 p.m. because there was a very long line. The wait was unacceptable, and the staff did not handle the situation efficiently.
