The upscale design features throughout the property created a comfortable feeling. Loved the historic yet contemporary feel of the property. Fitness center top notch, pool and outdoor space top notch. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast offerings were plentiful. Appreciate that there was a lounge and separate restaurant onsite. Nothing not to love. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a very nice property with spacious, clean rooms. We also enjoyed the options to walk to a local grocery store, a few restaurants, and a bus stop for the free local shuttle. (Nice not to have to look for parking at the ski area and/or downtown.) We would stay here again.

Very nice hotel!! The bed was comfortable and the room was excellent. If I had to complain about something, I would say the water pressure is too low which makes the shower a bit inadequate. I would suggest that the hotel get shower heads that are designed for low water pressure.

This was a fairly brand new hotel that just opened recently in Steamboat Springs. It’s in a great area where you see the ski resorts from the pool/hot tubs and in front more mountains plus the Yampa River across the street. City Market, Safeway, Starbucks, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, dominos were all a walk away. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were great. There was a lot going on and the hotel was packed but you wouldn’t have known because it was super quiet once You went inside the room. I would have to say one of my favorites so far for places to stay.

Since the hotel was new, it was still in really nice condition. However, our sink didn’t drain. The staff handled it promptly which I appreciated. The elevators are incredibly slow so we found it faster to take the stairs. And the AC/heater unit was quite loud, which could be difficult for light sleepers, same with when you take a shower the water hits this metal plate that makes a sound and even after you turn off the shower it’s still drips and makes that sound so anyone sensitive to sounds at night may struggle. Breakfast was solid.

Nice place to stay. Very clean. The shower didn't have great pressure, so for someone who has a lot of hair, it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. I would stay there again and it felt kind of off the beaten path, but minutes to a lot of things and downtown. I would recommend it. There is not a true restaurant now, but I was told by staff there will be one opening soon. They do have a buffet style breakfast which was ok for a quick bite in the morning. Pet friendly and quiet for the most part. Nice pool and hot tub area that we thourghly enjoyed.

This hotel opened up about two weeks before we arrived. We did not have a remote control for our TV, and our phone was not hooked up to the wall. We had to ask three times for a remote control. Not a big deal, but when you have young kids, it helps. I think they just need to get all their initial bumps out before it can be fully up and running, but besides that everyone was professional. The grounds were completely immaculate, and everyone treated our dog like a premier guest. I will also add that the closet is enormous! If you have a young baby who would stay in a pack and play, and need privacy, it’s almost like a separate room you could use for naptime. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have stayed at other Marriott chains but Springhill is now a favorite of ours, super clean, great staff and love the vaulted ceilings made the room feel extra cozy great stop for a vacation even booked another stay at a Springhill Suites in Utah after this also a beautiful place to stay away from home.
