The service and room were perfect, but at 7:30 am there was no breakfast. I waited for 15 minutes and it still didn't arrive. It's not about the food itself, but the limited time I have. Excellent service, terrible breakfast.

We had a good overnight stay. Our room was large with an electric fireplace that worked. Refrigerator was large enough for our entire cooler and freezer was large too. Coffee in the room was stale but breakfast coffee was great. Desk clerk was very personable and friendly and directed us to the best room for our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Steamboat

Very clean, huge, newly furnished rooms. Perfect location on the free bus route to get to the mountain and around town. Lovely ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable about the area.

Ski weekend

This spot is great for a quick ski trip to steamboat. Clean room, breakfast included, and a shuttle straight to the mountain starting at 8am and running every 15 min. Reasonably priced as well. Restaurant next door as well for good eats and a bar!

We were given a room looking directly at a shed, which if we had been staying longer than one night, I would have requested a different room. The room was spacious, and decorated nicely, with photos of the area and town. However, the housekeeper did not do their due diligence as there was half eaten cake sitting on the heater/ac, spills down the wall behind the desk and sticky spot of goo on the nightstand and a smear on the dresser. I guess they just vacuum and wipe the bathroom and change the bedding? The bathroom was very small compared to most other hotels but was doable for one night. The shower head was mounted only about 5’ up the wall, so tall people will have a hard time showering, I did and I’m only 5’4”. One of the reasons we chose this hotel over others in the area was the continental breakfast. However, it was extremely lacking with just some eggs and burned bacon, that we took one look and left and went to a restaurant. (Winona’s has great breakfast food!) Given the other hotels in the area, I likely wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed at a different hotel a few years ago and it was a better experience.
