The place started out frustrating because the Vander App did not unlock the door BUT! Luckily the kiosk downstairs worked just fine. Once we were checked in everything was great and centrally located. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location. Everything is done electronically with your phone. Never saw a person that worked at the hotel. As long as you have app downloaded onto your phone, easy check in and check out, and access to hotel and room.

Loved the location of this property. We had a junior suite. It was of good size, newly decorated with taste, and came with a small, equipped kitchenette. Initial check-in required downloading an app and instructions that were not too clear. However, once one is able to get through the front door, the self check in machine worked rather well. All in all, we enjoyed our two short stays.

Clean, good comfort and value for money

The Hotel only has an automatic check-in, and access to the booking is based on your mobile tepephone number. Unforunately, since I mady my reservation through hotels.com, the machine did not recognize my reservation. and it tokk a little while befor I found a number to call to get this sorted out. But after I had got to my room, this was one of the most comfortable, cleanest, best location, high standard, and best value for money stay at a hotel I have had for the last year.

Entry system was well made and intuitive, with detailed but not too often prompting in advance of the stay. Position in the town centre was excellent. Lobby and room were all well kept and clean and sound barely travelled from room to room, which either meant not too many people or its well sound proofed. Bathroom was fine and shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable too, no aches the next day which is common with a poor bed and pillow. Curtains were not fully hooked on and the thermostat was hanging off the wall behind the tv, plus the kettle needed to be plugged in on the bedside table, so a little more general care is required, but would stay there again for the convenience.

Self everything “service” hotel

Hallways and entrance smells like an old basement. Very moldy smelling. Self service hotel where you check in on a screen on the wall. No one except guest around. Raises questions about security and who to talk to with an issue with the room. Room seems newly renovated and ok.
