The self check in process didn’t work when there’s a delay in arrival. The system didn’t acknowledge my booking and I had to wait 1-½ hrs to get help from the offsite security.

Freezing cold rooms

Nice location, fine rooms BUT freezing cold! It almost felt like being outside, as the room temperature was well below standard. When I went down and complained, the only answer was that if the green light is on then the heating is up and running! Didnt see a real effort to resolve the problem and hemce travelled back home, as expected, with a cold!

Es war alles gut, nettes Personal, sauber, gut eingerichtet und super Anbindung zur Stadt, 5 min. Man konnte auch zu Fuß gehen. Nur die Konstruktion der Küche ist wohl von einem Ignoranten gedacht worden. Man musste sich krümmen, um zu kochen oder etwas abzuwaschen, weil die oberen Schränke extrem tief über Waschbecken und 2-Plattenherd ragten. Die oberen Schrankfächer waren hingegen für mich mit 1,65 m schwer zu erreichen. Die Preise in Stavanger sind generell exorbitant hoch, insofern war das Studio mit 134 Euro nur Übernachtung wohl normal. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Blick aus dem 7. Stock.

Das Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick erstmal gut aus. Wenn man allerdings einen zweiten Blick drauf wirft, ist manches dann doch schon in die Jahre gekommen (gerade im Badezimmer). Außerdem war der Ofen in der Küche sehr unpraktisch hoch platziert. Kleine Menschen können diesen gar nicht nutzen. Der Fernseher hat leider kein Chromecast oder ähnliches, so dass man nur ein paar norwegische Sender schauen kann. Ansonsten war aber alles sauber. Leider hatten wir direkt vor unserem Fenster eine Baustelle und auch eine große Straße, die sehr laut ist. Selbst nachts ist hier einiges an Verkehr. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (statens hus) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Veldig sentralt til alt, bra kjøkkenutstyr. Så fantastisk å lage frokosten selv og kan ta helsen ned å få ferske rundstykker og spise middag på kvelden. Perfekt å ha hund med seg.

Un seul bémol à notre séjour de 5 jours :les fenêtres ne sont pas suffisamment hermétiques aux bruits extérieurs de la ville : bcp de circulation, camion poubelle, des travaux de réfection de la chaussée dès 6h du matin qui font qu'on est réveillé bcp trop tôt tous les matins.

Vi har bodd her flere ganger. Ligger fint til i ett stille område. Kort vei til Stavanger sentrum. Denne gangen ble ikke rommet rengjort, ikke påfyll av kaffe og te. Trekker litt ned denne gangen. Vennlig personale.

Forbedringspunkter

Måtte be om nye håndklær etter 5 dager. Ingen rengjøring av rommet på 5 dager. Blir i dag gjort oppmerksom på at håndsåpe, oppvaskmaskintabletter, søppelposer etc. ikke vil bli delt ut etter 5.11. Tenker man da at gjestene skal ha dette med seg, eller kjøpe det i resepsjonen? Lite kundevennlig! Ellers har våre snart tre uker her vært bra. Stille og rolig for oss som skal på jobb både dag og natt. Beliggenheten er god. Et greit alternativ når man ikke kan bo hjemme i uoverskuelig framtid.
