Would not return or recommend. Roach bodies, cigarette holes in the sheets and shower curtain, stains on tub. TV and phone did not work. One chair for two occupants, poor lighting. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Nice king size bed.

Bath tub was leaking and had 2-3" of standing water when I arrived. The tub was chipped around all of the jets and looked in terrible shape. Comforter had stains on it.

The room was pretty decent over all but the staff was crappy and we had to wait over an hour to even check in because the guy went somewhere and the other person that was trying to check in had to call the police to get someone up there so we could get in our room

As we walked down the hall to the room the AC was leaking down the sidewalk. We entered the room the see a broken arm chair with red tape as the "repair". The desk lamp base had dirt and bug droppings. The bathroom whirlpool tub was damaged with spots that looked like they would cut you whether you were going to take a shower or a bath. The toilet seat had stains on it. The entire room and outside area looked to be unsafe for our health.

This was another decent property taken over by dot heads, who are not investing in the property at all, and are running it into the ground. My room was in the back. The back area of the hotel had hookers and drug dealers running around yelling. I parked in the front. Check in at 6PM was through bullet proof glass with a hostile dot head. Lobby door was locked. AC unit was broken and filty. Good thing, I didn't need to use it. Floor was broken in several places. TV remote control was broken. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room stank of cigarette smoke. That was the nicest stench in that room. On check in with dot head girl, I asked if there was breakfast in the lobby in the AM. She said no. I asked if there was a coffee pot in the room. She said no. I asked if there would be coffee in the lobby in the AM. She said yes. When I got to the lobby to check out in the AM, without having had coffee, the door to the lobby was locked. Dot head boy opened the lobby door. I asked for the coffee. He said the coffee maker was broken. I asked for a copy of the invoice. He said he wouldn't print one for me, because I can get it from Expedia. This was a horrible experience. I'm never booking a Red Roof again.

Horrible stay at Ted Rook Inn

The room was disgusting, it looked nothing like the one that was sent to me during reservations, the tv didn’t work, the tub was extremely dirty and peeling, the covers had holes in it, the microwave was left dirty, the only thing that was good about my stay was the gentleman that was working, he tried everything he knew how to do to make mine and my daughters stay there better but it was nothing he could do

I had to evacuate from hurricane Milton, only hotel that had a empty room. The rooms are filthy! I had to buy cleaner, a mop, disinfectant bleach. The pool is filled in with dirt and is being used for a dog litter box.

I booked a stay at this hotel, and management had assured me they would upgrade my room to a King Suite. However, when I arrived, no one was there to check me in. After waiting around, I decided to take a look inside, and I’m honestly glad I didn’t stay. There was a strong odor as soon as I walked in, which was already a red flag. On top of that, I had seen multiple complaints about roaches, and with my children having allergies—including bug allergies—there was no way I could risk staying here. So I just left, so I want really say much more.
